The Kassa.fi point-of-sale system offers everything needed to manage a retail business. You can choose to use only the modules that your business requires.

A versatile product register for managing inventory and service products. Define multiple sales and purchase prices with validity periods for different suppliers, and easily monitor your profit margins. You can also create collections and recipes from your products.

Track product and batch balances across different warehouse locations. Receive, transfer, pick, deliver, and record losses. Every inventory movement is logged to ensure traceability. Inventory is valued using the weighted average purchase price.

Manage different size, color, and style variants of a product in a matrix view. Each variant has its own inventory balances. Other details, such as sales and purchase prices, inherit from the main product but can be overridden for individual variants if needed.

Print price posters, price tags, and shelf labels using your chosen template. When the sales price changes, the price tag is automatically added to the print queue, ready for printing.

A purchase order can be made for multiple stores at once by allocating the delivery quantities in a matrix view. On the distribution list, container store products can be allocated automatically, or store managers can manually enter the quantities they order into the matrix.

Pricing

The delivery of the point-of-sale system includes the selected modules, installation, and basic user training, which are provided via remote connection. Devices, device installations, and other possible additional services are offered separately. Shipping costs and on-site visits are charged according to our service pricelist.

The application rental fee shown below includes the system license fee, application maintenance, and a remote access program for support services. The rental period is fixed for 36 months and can be terminated thereafter with a 3-month notice period.

We assist you in selecting modules by assessing your company's needs together. We will also review the initial implementation tasks with you and provide an offer for the delivery of the cash register system.

Each software package includes a license for one cash register terminal. Additional terminals 35€ each per month.

Includes advice and user support up to 30 minutes per month per store. Our consultation service is available during office hours. During on-call hours on weekday evenings and Saturdays, we resolve issues that prevent checkout and sales.

Installing cash register devices is easy to do yourself following the provided instructions, but we also offer installation as a service anywhere in Finland.

Advanced Training 145 €/hour
Basic system training is always included in the system delivery price. We offer advanced training either remotely or on-site at the store by prior arrangement.

Nowadays, the majority of cash register systems are acquired through leasing financing. This way, the capital tied up in the system can be invested profitably, for example in inventory or marketing.


The presented price of €199/month includes the Mini5 software package with implementation services (€85/month), device package (€1,199), payment terminal (€39/month), and advisory service (€45/month) — all combined into a neat monthly fee with no one-time charges.
 
All cash register equipment and implementation services, such as installations and training, can be included in the leasing financing. We offer affordable and flexible Grenke leasing financing with three- or five-year contracts, and the equipment can be purchased at a favorable residual value at the end of the contract period. Ask for more information!

The implementation of POS System

As a general rule, the cash register system is ready for use within three weeks from the order date. All cash register equipment is delivered within two weeks. In the third week, installation is carried out at the store and staff are trained. Immediately after this, the system is ready to be taken into use.
